ES Plastics is a New Zealand-based ISO 9001 certified company which specialises in custom injection plastic moulding, blow moulding, toolmaking and multi-material industrial design and precision engineering for a variety of industries. Our company is made up of two separate divisions: ESPlastics for plastic injection and blow moulding, and Sharp Concepts for industrial design and engineering.

As a company we are committed to providing the highest quality service and products at a competitive price.

We also believe in forming close working relationships with our clients. By providing extensive technical support we ensure that our customers receive the full benefits of improving technology and material developments.

One third of our staff of 40 are experienced engineers specialising in product design, electronics design, tool design, toolmaking, plastic moulding and production engineering. This provides ES Plastics with an excellent platform to take on complex product development and production.

Our globally remote location and total in-house services maximises confidentially when developing new products without compromising delivery performance.
